[Shipping Method]
We provide you with 3 kinds of shipping method.
If purchased item is more than 100USD we will ship the item via EMS which has tracking service and insurance up to 20000JPY, approximately 210USD.
If purchased item is from 50USD to 99.99USD. we will ship the item via e-packet which has tracking service and insurance up to 6000JPY, approximately 65USD
If purchased item is cheaper than 49.99USD. we will ship the item via SAL which DOES NOT HAVE tracking service and insurance.
But you can put tracking and insurance service on SAL by paying additional 5USD. Insurance for SAL is as much as e-packet. This is optional service.
You can upgrade shipping service but cannot degrade shipping service.
(For example, we accept to use EMS instead of SAL or e-packet. we don't accept SAL instead of EMS or e-packet. )
[Combined Shipping]
Combined Shipping is available by EMS. If you want to buy a couple of items, please ask us before payment.
[Return Policy]
Sorry, We cannot accept any returns excluding our faults.
[Lost]
If you cannot receive an item by transportation accident we will refund you or send out the same items as you purchased. This policy is valid in EMS, E-packet, and SAL with insurance shipping service.

We use your personal information for delivery of the items. We don't sell or distribute your information to a third party.
(OPTIONAL) We may send you e-mails written about new Japanese products or beneficial information by your agreement.
[Handling time]
At first we check inventory at the nearest place of stock. If any stock, we will dispatch your item within 2 days. If we don't have any stock at that place, we check the other place of stock. In this case, we take 5 business days for shipping. It might be better to ask us before purchase. We are sorry for inconvenience if our listing items are no longer available.
